Dr. Alan Ebenstein
President
Dr. Alan Ebenstein is president of the California Center for Public Policy. He teaches in the Department of Economics at UCSB and served two terms on the Santa Barbara Board of Education. He has a long history of involvement in issues related to diversity and educational achievement. He recieved his Ph.D. from the London School of Economics.
