Joseph Armendariz is chairperson of the California Center for Public Policy. A long time participant in state and local non-profit organizations, Joe served two terms on the Carpinteria City Council. He is particularly experienced in issues concerning government operation and the relationship between Government agencies and private and non-profit organizations.
